What is the Saskatchewan Safety Seminar?
Started in 1974, by a group of concerned individuals, the aim of the conference was to give safety professionals in Saskatchewan a forum to discuss areas of common concern. It was an opportunity to bring a high-quality safety event to the province. Over the last 52 years, the event has grown to become one of the largest of its type in western Canada. Today, Saskatchewan’s premier safety event (Industrial Safety Seminar) brings together hundreds of safety professionals from across Saskatchewan to:

WHY SPONSOR THE SASKATCHEWAN SAFETY SEMINAR?
Annually, each Seminar is planned by a committee comprised of representatives from a broad variety of industries who select keynote and session presenters based on a first-hand understanding of what the most relevant, current, and pressing issues are. The Seminar participants obtain new and relatable information, knowledge of best practices, and tools which can be used to help improve and promote a safer work environment. By connecting with, and showcasing your brand aligned with the efforts of those involved in the delivery of safety information, your business draws attention to the importance it places on customers, employees, and the community. |
Who Attends the Saskatchewan Safety Seminar?
Although aimed primarily at business and industry, registration is open to anyone interested in safety. Average attendance in the past 3 years was over 750 delegates. This event is typically attended by safety managers and human resources professionals, occupational health and safety (OH & S) committee members, workplace supervisors, and interested individuals from small and medium-sized businesses. Delegates represent a large cross section of Saskatchewan industries including agriculture, mining, utilities, oil & gas, construction, heavy construction, logistics and warehousing, retail, provincial and federal regulatory agencies, and crown corporations. |
How Can You Participate?
In addition to your sponsorship as a Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze sponsor, you may also participate as a delegate. As a participating sponsor you are demonstrating your organization’s commitment to safety and injury prevention in the province of Saskatchewan as a business, and as an individual.
If your business provides a safety related product or service, you may also choose to participate as a trade show exhibitor. Over the last few live seminars, we have averaged 750 registered delegates and we are expecting similar attendance for our event in 2026. Those in attendance not only have an interest in safety, but many are also responsible for purchasing safety products and services.
If you are interested in reaching over 750 safety practitioners, the trade show is a great platform to participate in. There are Safety Directors, Safety Managers, Occupational Health and Safety Committee Members and many individuals in employed in varying capacities within the safety field from across Saskatchewan.
