WHAT IS THE SASKATCHEWAN SAFETY SEMINAR?
Since 1974, Saskatchewan’s premier safety event (Industrial Safety Seminar) has brought together hundreds of safety professionals and interested individuals from across Saskatchewan to:
More than ever before, emphasis will be placed on the importance of competency... not just training. Everyone will always have a great seat, and, the food may or may not be better... that's entirely up to you. Further more, given the struggle we are all facing due to COVID-19, rather than delegates paying up to $795 to attend, often with additional travel costs and hotels, they will be asked to pay only what can be afforded, even though this event is typically our largest fundraiser of the year. |

Exhibitors in the Virtual Marketplace will have a robust and versatile platform from which to showcase their products and expertise. Sponsors will be showcased like never before!
As with everything the Council does as a non-profit charitable organization, we hope people find value in it. All our efforts may be supported by donation or simply becoming a member, as a business and/or as an individual.

WHY ATTEND THE SASKATCHEWAN SAFETY SEMINAR?
Annually, each Seminar is planned by a committee comprised of representatives from a broad variety of industries who select keynote and session presenters based on a first-hand understanding of what the most relevant, current, and pressing issues are. The Seminar is an excellent opportunity for new or experienced safety practitioners (or those who wish to learn from them) to attend professional development sessions with experts on a variety of current safety related topics and presents a networking opportunity like no other for like-minded individuals to expand their safety knowledge and community connections. From it, participants leave with new and relatable information, knowledge of best practices, and tools which can be used to help improve and promote a safer work environment. |
