For Employers, Groups, or Client Registration
New workers, regardless of age or demographics, have a statistically higher rate of injury in the workplace. New workers have yet to gain the valuable experience their co-workers may have, and many often have less training provided to them until they are through a probationary period.
New hire training can mean a significant investment, but Career Safety Education can provide much of that training at no cost.
Career Safety Education offers a variety of free essential safety courses that can benefit future employees. Employers or group leaders can pick and choose which programs fit well into a new-hire process or industry, making sure that each new employee or prospect gets consistent, high quality safety information before starting company-specific training.
Employers can ask to see proof of Career Safety Education as part of an application process, demonstrating the future employee's commitment to the job they are applying for, and helping to screen the potential candidates down to those that are more truly committed.
If you are interested in extending your organization brand to a large pool of new workers that will be actively seeking employment, consider a sponsorship opportunity as well!
Ready to register a group of participants in Career Safety Education?
If so, please complete the form below. Once the form is complete and submitted to the Saskatchewan Safety Council, we will ask for the completion of an Employer Application Form and submission of a employee list so progress can be tracked. Alternatively, employees may register as individuals, which is also required for groups participants but without the added benefit of the progress tracking.
Use the form below to register any group of participants.

Hosted Practical Option (Including a Practical Component)
If you want to include a hands-on practical safety training component in Career Safety Education for your school, workplace, or organization, arrangements can be made. In this format, participants complete the online training as a prerequisite and then participate in a hands-on safety elective. The delivery of practical components is dependent on the availability of additional funding to pay the costs incurred. To assist your group in securing funding, the Council can provide a letter of support to be included in your proposals to potential sponsors. |
